End of Life Care

End of life care incorporates all elements of the daily life of a person nearing the end of their life. This includes personal care - strip or bed wash, mouth care, incontinent care, feeding, and aspects of domestic chores.

Circle of Care recognises that the delivery of quality end of life care services to individuals, their relatives and friends  require effective communication, empathy and understanding of the needs of the persons  being cared for and the emotional expectations of their family members. Our care services ensure that these expectations are met through careful observation and monitoring and appropriate feedback.

Circle of Care provides a dignified, sensitive and person-centred support, in collaboration with the Palliative Care team to meet the total needs of the client.

Nursing Care Service

The service also offers basic nursing services which includes, taking and recording pulse, temperature, blood pressure and also sugar level reading. We also provide supervised feeding, care for service users receiving nutritional support through PEG feeding.
