Training

Circle of Care believes in training our care staff for enhances quality care services.

We offer Common Induction Standard Training for all new starters and work placement provided after this training.

All experienced staff are inducted through a staff centred programme (depending on individual s experience). Some experience staff may be put through the Common Induction programme following their initial assessment.

The majority of our care staff have achieved the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ 2 &3 in Care). Most of our new staff have been enrolled unto the New Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) programme.

Our in-house training is provided by an experienced and competent trainer.

Circle of Care provide both Mandatory and specific training as required. All specialists training are provided externally and are accredited.
